30-Day Returns
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to Return
- Email us at support@dealsniffer.co.uk with your order number
- We'll send you a prepaid returns label
- Pack the item securely and drop it at your nearest post office
- Once received, we'll process your refund within 3–5 working days
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account after we've processed it.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund.
