How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. Express delivery is 1–2 working days. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day.
Is delivery free?
Yes! Delivery is free on all orders over £40. Orders under £40 have a flat delivery fee of £3.99.
Can I return an item?
Absolutely. We offer a 30-day returns policy. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel on the courier's website.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all prices shown on our website include VAT.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently we only deliver within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands.
